Hello! I introduce myself: I'm a spanish boy aged 18 living obviously in Spain haha I love photography (I started 2 years ago and now it's my life, it's me, it's a big part of what I am) and as I see people asking me about different stuff and curious about my work, I thought a blog would be the perfect solution to all this people, so I hope you enjoy it and sorry for my english, if it's not so understable as I'm spanish (I will be writing the texts in both languajes but this post is an exception, only in English).
Why I like Zhang's work...? that's the question and the answer is easy and difficult because it would be too long and I have to synthesize!
I discovered her work relatively recently by a friend, who sent me her deviant. I inmediately fell in love with it. It had a great shock on me. Since then I urged me to improve, to be more creative because I want my work to have that shock on people.
Her work is inspiring, beautiful, ethereal, real and unreal: a fantasy. It takes you into another world. I'm often daydreaming and imagining, and her work upgrades that. Her work makes me see the things from another point of view. It's real art. You can have a lot of different feelings and sensations when you contemplate it. I'm not overwritting.
I think she's a great professional and an amazing artist. For me no one can compare to her. I recognize there are other big masters as Annie Leibovitz, however, personally, the only work which reaches my heart is Jingna's.
Three of my faves portraits from her are:

There a lot of other pictures from her that I would stand out but then all the entry would be full of images haha
She has influenced me since I knew her work (relatively recently as I said), and maybe some of my work influenced by her are these two following pictures

-Maybe the movement in her pictures, the asiatic touch, etc, are the things that influenced me to think about this-
I know you can't compare her high level of quality to my level of quality but, more or less you can have an idea about her influence on me.
Well, I think it's time to finish this entry. Just want to say a last thing: thanks, Zhang!
I hope after watching her images you share my passion for her work.
See you all on the next post! You can add me also on flickr:
